Your training, adjusted for what you actually ate.

Attu is a gym logger and a macro tracker in one app, and the training plan actually changes when you are eating in a deficit.

Protein is the gap, not the weights.

Why this

Keeping your working weights — that is what protects strength in a deficit.

Protein

Adequate · 6 of 7 days

What it does not know

Two more weeks of weigh-ins before energy balance factors into this.

What is in it

Two logs, and the thing that reads them.

Most apps stop at the first two. The third is why the other two live in one app.

Training

Every session prescribed, with the reason on it — the load, the sets, and what moved them.

Nutrition

Calories and macros in the same app, because the training engine is reading them.

The Nutrition tab: calories remaining and the three macro rings.
Protein 172 g of a 168 g target
Left today 620 kcal

Adaptation

A deficit changes the prescription. The app says so, and says by how much.

made easy

Scan it, photograph it, or say what it was. The training engine is reading the same log.

Go deeper with Axon

Axon reads the same two logs the engine does, and says what it sees — including the part it could not.

Axon's disclosure sheet: 'Why this session' above the reason, and 'What I could not see' above the limit.

Axon is an AI system. It can be wrong, and it is not medical advice.

Questions

The things worth knowing before you sign up.

Is there an Android version?

No, and there is no plan for one. Attu is an iPhone app and there is no web version.

What happens after the seven days?

It renews at €29.99 a year unless you cancel. You cancel in Settings, not by emailing us.

What leaves my phone?

Your log lives on the device and syncs to servers in the EU. Nothing is sold, and there are no third-party trackers in the app.

Does it work with no signal?

Yes. The whole app works offline, including the session it prescribed for today.

What is the coach, exactly?

An AI system. It can be wrong, and it is not medical advice. The engine underneath it is not an AI — it is arithmetic you can check.

What does it not know about me?

It tells you, on every prescription. Where the data is not there, it says so instead of producing a number.
